We offer remote support for all our plan members

We pride ourselves on excellent customer service by not only caring for you the best way possible, but also how seamless it is with how we help you! If you feel you may have an issue simply email us or call us to let us know! With your permission we will then remote into your computer assisting to resolve your issue.

If the issue is within the "Worry No More" plan parameters (virus, malware, spyware, Windows updates, computer maintenance etc.) the remote support session is included in your service and is thereby free of charge.

We can also help you remotely with other technical issues outside of your "Worry No More plan" AT A REDUCED RATE (e.g. setting up a new printer, fixing an Email problem, installing QuickBooks etc.) at a very reasonable cost as seen below.
